BlaziumPay provides cryptocurrency payment infrastructure services, including:
- Payment processing for multiple blockchain networks (TON, Solana, Bitcoin)
- API access for integrating payments into applications
- Webhook notifications for payment events
- Balance management and withdrawal services
- Transaction verification and confirmation
3Account Registration
Security Requirement
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights

5Fees and Payments

5.2 Network Fees: You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with transactions.
5.3 Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance.
8API Access and Usage

Keep them secure. Do not share publicly or commit to version control.
Rate Limits
Usage is subject to limits. Excessive usage may result in suspension.
We may update or modify our API with reasonable notice. We will maintain backward compatibility when possible.

12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BlaziumPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
